Medieval 2 Total War Gold Edition Full Version

I wouldn't expect a reply from Sega or Creative Assembly at this point in time. Done and dusted. It's nice that they got these two classics (Shogun, Medieval) working again but they don't appear to really care about them. For example Shogun has lots of cut-off / broken audio in the Throne Room.I think they're too busy knocking out Warhammer DLC and raking in the quick cash.A shame really - where would they have been without these two classics?Never got a cross-platform release either.Using Wine on Linux results in some strangeness - the mouse cursor doesn't show, etc. Originally posted by:The retail game can be converted by easily replacing a few game files taken from the STEAM release.I've made such a patch using file/folder comparison tools:(1.5 MB)Extract it with WinRAR / 7zip or just run the file directly - point it to your main Medieval Total War game folder. As it's not official I don't believe I could add this patch to PCGW:I'm surprised that Creative Assembly couldn't release this tiny patch for free to be honest. The zippyshare link won't work for me. Could you tell me the files I need to copy from the steam install, or upload it elsewhere?
