You said had, does that mean you have sorted the issue?If not have you tried installing the battery software off the cd in Compatibility mode?Right click on the installer file, select Properties, Compatibility Tab, select Vista as OS, then put a tick in Run as Administrator at the bottom as well, Apply/OKthen try running the installer file again.(Strangely, Windows 7 seems to recognise compatibility mode being set on CD/DVD's as well, have done this and removed and replaced a cd and the setting was still kept.
